* Wu Jian Dao II
regarding to the Wu Jian Dao post. It seems that some of the students in the school had some misunderstandings about us in a way or another. Yes we are somewhat close to the students as we handled tablet problems now and then, involved in major events etc. Its very bad to criticise people if they dont really know whats happening within our little office.
To be honest, we the whole IT department, especially us GUYS are reminded strictly about how we are supposed to handle students as this is a all girls school. We dont want to get into any unnecessary trouble with matters regarding students. We have our own code of conduct to uphold. Its a very sensitive issue. And during my stay at crescent, there are some cases of parents complaining already. Even before the whole tablet pilot project starts. Believe or not, its your choice. We can be nasty to students but we chose not. Why? Cos we are all in the same school.
Yes we are nice to students in one way or another but that doesnt mean we dun have the authority to chase people out. To me, as long as you all could behave well, minimise the noise level, not obstructing our daily work, im fine with it. I wont hesitate to chase bad attitude students out which i had done that before. Suat hoon they all should know i seldom raise my temper or get angry. But once im to the limit thats it.
Just like i scolded my NS men right in front of other men for being late to report to camp during my ICT. I wont give them face at all even though they are only a few years younger or even older or earn more money than me outside. I dun care. As long as im a superior to them during ICT, as long as they are in the wrong, they deserved to be ticked off by me.
ok thats all i want to say for now and also making our stand very clear, i hope i wont make a 3rd Wu Jian Dao post. Maybe to some of you all im just talking crap. But i dun give a damn out of it.
